We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection, however if we need to substitute a flower or sundry item because of seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use a flower/sundry of similar value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift without delay.

Public Holidays

Savvie Florist is closed on public holidays; your order will be executed the following business day.


All prices on our website are New Zealand dollar and include the appropriate taxes.

Cancellations & Changes

Refunds can be accepted 24 hours prior to the delivery day. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be in preparation or transit. To make any changes to orders please call 07 3084433

Refund Conditions

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us directly on 07 308 4433 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or refund if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.
